I started playing drums at seven, drawn in by my cousin’s drum kit where I’d make up random beats. My mum noticed my good ear for rhythm and secretly signed me up for lessons. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a drummer. I studied traditional grades both at school and privately until I completed the final grade by fifteen. My teacher then encouraged me to start teaching his younger students, igniting my passion for sharing music. As kids, my best friend and I began writing terrible, but original music, and our motivation to become better creators grew alongside our skills. These experiences have led me to now, in which I thrive on collaborating with a variety of musicians, relishing the opportunity to infuse my creativity into their projects. Drumming is more than a hobby; it’s my deepest passion and the inspiration that fuels everything I pursue.
